Reviews
The pancakes were really good. We expected them to be really, really sweet because of the sauce but the sweetness was actually just right. We ordered the Crème Brûlée Pancake and the Chocolate Pancake and both were delicious. The pancakes were incredibly fluffy and the portions were huge. Overall, they were definitely worth the price.
We went here around noon on a Sunday in late June 2026. This place is on the 8th floor of the Akiba building and we had about a dozen people ahead of us. You queue up in chairs in front of the restaurant. They move patrons quickly as I think we were seated within 15 minutes. You order via QR code at your table. As others say, the pancakes take a while, so give yourself plenty of time and don't be in a hurry. The pricing here is fair for what you get. They are generous with the toppings too.
The food was good but completely ruined by everything else. As much as I want to put two stars the food was good enough to convince me otherwise. To eat there I'd an ordeal. Avoid going at opening because there's a line for the elevator and youll be forced to wait for around 30 minutes to sit if you miss the golden window of waiting in yet another line for the store. The food was incredible, it's true. But there's no atmosphere or chargers. It's definitely not a cafe more of a pop up diner. The staff are friendly and very nice but if you're seated at the big table they forgot to give me any cutlery so I had to wander around to find some. Summary… good food. Good staff. Bad atmosphere. Terrible location. Very small. Despite the delicious food I won't be coming back, it was much too stressful.
When we came there was a small line, but it went fast while we were looking at the menu. After ordering with the QR code, our drinks came at once and the pancakes few minutes afterwards, even though it said 25-30 minutes on the menu, so service was really fast. The pancakes were divine. Nothing more needs to be said, just try them!
