Very pleasant experience after all! First, it is very easy to book and it does not require a local mobile number, which is a huge plus for overseas travellers. Second, the communication is done very well. The staff can identify you by the name when you enter the place. The massage skills were excellent! Painful because of my stiffness from hiking. But it felt so relaxing afterwards!
I had different massages in different countries, and I must say they have their own unique style and I really liked it. My therapist Chaiki was amazing, she took care of me like a little kid and everything I requested was done well. If you’re looking for a typical Balinese or Thai massage then don’t book but if it’s an authentic Japanese massage with different style and unique experience then it’s the best place to try.
I had a wonderful experience at this spa. The staff were very friendly and polite, and the treatment was amazing. It really helped relieve my soreness and left me feeling relaxed and refreshed
My husband and I had a massage here before we fly home. Out of many massages I experienced in Japan, I find this one is kind of disappointing for the price charged. The technique was not up to scratch in terms of pressure point healing. After the massage I felt I did not had one. Clearly when the masseur asked which area I needed to loosen up and I told him my neck and shoulder, but after the whole massage he only slightly massaged my neck and shoulder a little bit. I find also the process and speed is too slow in terms of the 60mins time. Not worth it!
