Such a great restaurant! The food is light and delicious while also being very nutritious. All vegan. Got the lunch set and really enjoyed it. Located very conveniently to all the shops and Omotesando Station.

Brown Rice is a refuge. Tucked into a quiet corner of Omotesando, it became the place my partner and I returned to as often as we possibly could during our two weeks in Tokyo. It is not an exaggeration to say that Brown Rice kept us alive, and markedly improved the quality of our trip. The atmosphere is inviting and calm. Both the indoor and outdoor seating areas are lovely, and the staff are warm, attentive, and quietly kind in a way that made each visit feel like a small reset for the nervous system. The food is delicious, fresh, and genuinely nourishing. We left every meal with a happy stomach, feeling revived and refreshed rather than weighed down. I am still thinking about the strawberry matcha latte. If a Brown Rice cookbook existed, I would pay any amount of money for it and cook from it every day. A note for fellow travelers: the internet vastly undersells how difficult it is to find healthy, vegetarian, and/or vegan food in Tokyo. The city is enormous, and yet the scant few vegan options often lean heavily on highly processed soy meat. Brown Rice is the exception, and a profound one. If you're going to Tokyo, put Brown Rice on your list. Then go back. And then go back again.

Absolutely loved this place! Came here on a Saturday around 11:10 AM without booking. Three groups were already lined up, but luckily we got in right away when they opened! Just a heads-up for anyone planning to visit: they have a 1-item-per-person policy for lunch until 2:00 PM, which is totally fair for such a popular spot. It was such a beautiful, relaxing experience. The space is gorgeous and the food feels so nourishing for the body. It’s officially one of my favorite spots in Tokyo now. Don't skip this gem when you're in Omotesando!

One of my favourite vegan restaurant in Tokyo! The food is all traditional and organic. The atmosphere is so relaxing. The staff is kind. It’s a bit pricey but that’s the price you pay for vegan food now. A must go. If you are now to this place, don’t forget to register yourself in the queue on the little machine outside the front door, I think there is English but if not, you can ask help to the staff. Beware there is usually a queue because it’s a popular spot.
