Ginza sushi roku
Tokyo
Reviews
Took friends from out of town, who were visiting Tokyo. Food was fantastic. Seafood was super fresh and the rice was some of the best I’ve had since living here. Chef explains what the fish is in English and seemed really friendly. Would happily visit again and recommend to people coming to Tokyo.
Simply outstanding. We had a delicious evening where we could witness the mastery of sushi and out of this world fish quality. Every detail was perfect. A once in a lifetime experience that I can recommend everyone. You will not regret it.

The omakase experience is a true highlight, showcasing outstanding seasonal ingredients and impeccably fresh fish. Each piece of nigiri is prepared with precision and care, from the perfectly seasoned rice to the delicate knife work and thoughtful garnishes. The pacing of the meal is excellent, allowing you to savour each course while building anticipation for what comes next. Whether you are a seasoned sushi enthusiast or experiencing top-tier sushi in Japan for the first time, this is a memorable and highly recommended destination in Ginza.
I had the most incredible experience here and every piece of sushi was made with such care and precision. The quality of the fish was outstanding, and the balance of flavors was perfection. The chef was absolutely amazing and he was so kind, attentive, and thoughtful. He even translated what each piece was in Korean for us, which made the experience feel even more personal and special. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making the whole meal even more special. I would honestly come back to Tokyo just to eat here again. It’s the kind of place that reminds you how beautiful and thoughtful sushi can be. Highly recommend!
