Had a nice lunch. The other reviewer who complained about price is way off. My lunch came up to less than 1500jpy. Service was a standout. Every was very kind and accommodating. Even for my non-existent Japanese proficiency.
Food was very delicious. The elderly lady there was very friendly making us feel very welcome and comfortable. Definitely a returning customer.
We ordered 2 lunchtime sets, one with tempura and the other with a very generous portion of grilled fish. Our total bill was around 3000yen which I think is a good price for the quality and quantity of food. We found the staff to be very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived a little bit after 1pm on a Thursday and there were a few tables available though whilst we were eating a queue formed. There are more expensive fish and platters available if you want but we were very happy with the standard set. Highly recommended!
