I have to say I was a bit disappointed , and sadly the lowest experience of our stay in Tokyo. You have to slow down guys: when people take time and money to have and experience , they want to enjoy it. Instead we were offered the set menù, one after another , but at the speed of light... We had not time to rest and enjoy one bite after another, so the overall experience was confused, also on the taste buds. Food was good dont get me wrong, and the Sakè choice was excellent , but the overall service made the experience a bit rushy and weird. Improve this part and you can be a very First choice in the area !
The omakase counter is located on the ground floor, with soft and cozy lighting that created a really comfortable atmosphere. The dishes were served according to our eating pace, which made the whole experience feel very well-paced and thoughtful. Uni dokku at extra cost but definitely worth the hype, uni was fresh and sweet, with scallop underneath that complemented it perfectly. The sweetness and freshness of both ingredients exploded in your mouth 🎇🎇 The box of uni came in a special Valentine’s Day presentation, which was such a cute touch ❤️ The service was also amazing. Mami’s service was excellent, and Doi was absolutely professional, preparing each dish perfectly with great attention to detail. Recommend!!
Had the lunch omakase and was not disappointed. Definitely get the additional Uni option! They are not skimpy on the uni. We loved the variety of dishes, nigiri and other small dishes. We also loved that we had a female sushi chef. Great to see more opportunities for females.
