We went there on a weekday afternoon. The environment was nice with good air con. There weren't too many people there so we could sit at the bar table. The food was really fresh and nice. We ordered a ¥40000 lunch set for 2 people. The chef cooked all the food in front of us even the waitress shaved the cheese for the rock melon with Spanish ham in front of us. The price of the lunch set was reasonable, which was cheaper than in my home country Hong Kong. The chef and staff members were nice too. The chef asked to help take photos of us. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

The Good: Food was very good, good choice of set menu's and a la carte. Staff were friendly. Lobster was very good and deserts were tasty. The Bad: I would not say bad but the steak was good but not the best in town. The place is big with a big kitchen so it was noisy. The Ugly: There was confusion about our drinks. I think lost in translation. But they fixed the issue quickly.

It is a treat for my mother during our trip and it is the best meal in Japan. She ordered a 10 course Abalone set and every dishes is delicious! I had a 180g Sirloin and I totally enjoyed the melt in your mouth steak. We had add-on foie gras which was delightful with eggplant. We ended off with a trolley of desserts! Totally did not expecting that in a teppanyaki restaurant. I will highly recommend Teppanyaki 10 to enjoy a lively vibrant meal in Tokyo! Kudos to all the staff especially our handsome chef!

A thoroughly satisfying teppanyaki experience in Ginza that showcases both premium ingredients and confident, restrained cooking. The recommended course opened with a composed appetizer of sweet melon paired with ham and shaved cheese—simple, but thoughtfully balanced between sweetness and salinity. This was followed by a light crab salad topped with butter-toasted crab fibers, which introduced a subtle nuttiness and an inviting aroma. The seafood progression was particularly strong. The lobster was expertly grilled on the teppan, preserving its natural sweetness and succulence. The abalone that followed was tender with a deep, clean umami character. A fragrant rice prepared with the abalone captured those flavors beautifully, resulting in a dish that was understated yet deeply satisfying. The beef course was the centerpiece of the meal. The cut featured an excellent fat ratio, producing a texture that quite literally melted in the mouth. It was served simply with salt—no embellishment necessary. Sautéed onions and crisp garlic added a gentle caramelised sweetness that complemented the crust of the steak. Midway through the dinner, the chef added a touch of theatre with a classic teppan fire show, bringing energy to the counter while maintaining the focus on the cooking. Dessert concluded the evening with a selection of sweets; trying one of each was an enjoyable way to round out the course. Overall, Teppanyaki 10 Ginza offers a polished teppanyaki experience with high-quality ingredients, precise technique, and just enough showmanship to make the evening memorable.
