Afuri Roppongi Hills

Afuri Roppongi Hills was a really solid ramen stop for me. The broth had a clean, flavorful taste, and the specialty ramen lived up to the hype. I also liked the roast pork rice on the side. Just make sure to use the ticket machine before getting in line, since that part can be easy to miss at first.
Had a fantastic meal at Afuri Roppongi Hills. The ramen was absolutely delicious, with a unique and refreshing hint of lemon that really set it apart from any other bowl I've had. The broth was light yet full of flavour, and the ingredients were fresh and perfectly prepared. The service was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the meal, making the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was also excellent – modern, comfortable, and a great place to relax while enjoying a quality meal. If you're in Tokyo and looking for outstanding ramen with a distinctive twist, I highly recommend Afuri. I'll definitely be back on my next visit!
A really delicious ramen place! The noodles are very thin but still pleasantly chewy, which works perfectly with the yuzu-flavored broth. I ordered the Yuzu Ratan spicy yuzu ramen, and the flavor combination was surprisingly impressive: refreshing citrusy acidity from the yuzu, together with the fragrant heat of chili. They also sell packaged ramen and gift boxes in the shop, which would make great souvenirs or gifts. The interior decorations are modern and chic. Cashless only.
I visited AFURI Ramen Shinjuku and overall, it was a really enjoyable experience. The ramen is well-balanced and easy to enjoy, especially if you prefer something lighter and not too heavy. But what stood out the most for me was the egg—it was absolutely perfect. The texture, the flavor, everything was just right. Definitely one of the highlights of the meal. The overall quality is solid, and the experience feels consistent and well-executed. It may not be overly bold or intense, but it’s the kind of place you can come back to and still enjoy every time. Would definitely recommend, especially if you appreciate the details like a really well-done egg.
Cozy and quick ramen stop. The broth & dipping sauce were flavorful and noodles had a nice chew to them. I got the limited Sakura noodles and it wasn’t overly floral. It added slightly sweet and lightness to it. Highly recommend stopping by here if you’re in the area!
