Wonderful meal, the dry aged steak is amazing . Highly recommended. Service by Bista is impressive, particularly like the ambience and decoration of this place! Lucky to have this restaurant in this trip, will revisit soon for sure
It’s our second time here and it never disappoints us. Porterhouse is superb, crispy outside and tender inside. All the side dishes cooked are delicious. Service is excellent by Mr. Aoi, professional, caring and friendly. Will come back for sure.
Juicy well made burgers, big tasty fresh oysters and a very good service. Bista was particularly accommodating and attentive. We felt great.
Had a lovely birthday celebration here. The food quality is good and the T-bone steak is just fabulously done - the assistant manager Chonan-san was very proactive, warm, friendly and helpful in his recommendations (he recommended us to enjoy the steak medium-rare which was a good choice, and he would even take the initiative to inform us that we could pack our T-bone steak home if we were not able to finish all of it on the spot, that he could cut half a piece of our celebration cake for us to eat the restaurant and pack the other half for us to take back if we were too full). The rest of the waiters and waitresses were also very professional and friendly. Thank you for the great experience!
Great place for a proper white cloth service with great food. Our family of 4 had the privilege being served by the friendly front reception and our super server Ai san. She is friendly, knowledgeable and elevated our dining experience with her professionalism. The must trys are crab cake and jumbo bacon. Would love to give 5 stars for our dry aged steak. I was told it was aged for almost 6 weeks but find it hard and chewy even at med rare. I’m still scratching my head, given the fact a dry aged steak is supposed to be tender. Luckily rest of our meals, Benjamin salad, lobster tail , sides and creme brûlée were delicious. Overall, great dining experience! Thank you Ai San and BSH for having us!
