Anyone visiting to IKEBUKURO must visit this place! Easy process, order your food at the order machine, pay and print a ticket and they’ll call you in to have your food ready pretty quick. Food is good in price. Friendly and inviting staff plus delicious food. Highly recommended!
This was a new experience for me as I have not tried this type of dish and I was not disappointed. It's a easy and simple process, get your ticket and stand in line until it's your time to eat. A great experience with delicious food. I will be back.
So we wanted to have an Omurice meal and this restaurant is very recommended for that. The food is pretty good and generally the value is decent. The service is quick and process driven. People were helpful despite a language gap. Only challenge was it's tiny. We couldn't seat 5 people together and had to split between the counter and the table. Other than that, recommend it if you would like to try Omurice and are a smaller group.
We went here just around the time it opened at 11am. Place is really clean, well organized and the staff are very friendly. We ordered 4 of the Hamburg omurice in regular hash sauce, one with the tomato sauce. The hamburg was very soft, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The sauce was satisfyingly delicious and the tomato-rice was perfect. The meal comes with free pickles if you want it and a side of clear soup as well. Overall a great experience for our first omurice meal and the price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of the food. Definitely recommended if you’re around the Ikebukuro area and are looking for a hearty meal!
Coming to Japan, Omurice was a dish I HAD to try. I stumbled upon this spot while walking around Ikebukuro and it turned out to be such a pleasant surprise ! I got the « Beef Stew Omurice » and it was such a delicacy. The beef was tender and flavorful. And the omelet melts in your mouth. The rice does a very good job balancing the saltiness of the sauce. I would definitely recommend trying this place out if you ever visit the Animate Ikebukuro !
