Couldn’t have a had a better time. Chi was an amazing guide to a brilliant culinary experience. This is a great way to start your trip and know where to go from there.
The wagyu and sake pairing experience was nothing short of incredible. Our host, Joe, provided an amazing atmosphere and displayed a deep passion for all things wagyu and sake, giving us a great presentation on the history and specifics of both. We had a size of 3, with one member having a dietary restriction which Joe handled excellently, still incorporating our friend into the experience. The sake selection was excellent and the food was delicious, I would highly recommend anyone in the area to check out this restaurant.
Hawaii Joe is the best! Did the 11/15 wagyu and sake experience and had an incredible time. Not only did we try many different types of sake, but we learned a lot too. The food was very good and we left stuffed and happy. Thanks Joe!
Excellent experience, Chi was a great hostess. The wagyu was incredible but what made the experience special and unique was the carefully curated sake parings. Highly recommended experience 5/5 would do again!
