Came here 3 times over 3 years. First time was great. 2nd and 3rd was ok but food ingredients felt less fancy.
JAN 2026 Had dinner with a reservation for the ten course omakase. The restaurant is a small French bistro run by the chef and a staff with only six counter seats and one table so recommend making a reservation if you plan to dine here. The price was very reasonable for the ten course which was quite substantial with three fish dishes, two dishes with shaved truffle on top and a grilled A5 wagyu steak for the final main dish. Everything was tasty and the fish and meat were perfectly cooked, soft and tender. The only dish I struggled to finish was the generous serving of foie gras which was too rich and fatty towards the end. Bread service was also good with refills. For dessert, the herb ice cream which is made from seven different herbs was surprisingly very tasty and refreshing, and worked well with the custard cream which added a gentle sweetness. At the end of the course, freshly baked mini madeleines were packed as take home gift which was nice. Overall enjoyed the French omakase course and the casual dining experience; service was good including the pacing and explanation of the dishes.
The fusion of french and Japanese cuisine made for an unforgettable dining experience. We opted for the 10 course and loved every dish. We were warmly welcomed as foreign tourists, and loved sitting alongside locals enjoying the same experience. Highly reccomend for anyone looking for a fine dining experience in Japan!
