I visited this restaurant for lunch and ordered the lunch course. The staff were polite and attentive, and they took the time to explain each dish. The service was genuinely excellent. Unfortunately, the food itself didn’t leave much of an impression on me. The flavors felt unbalanced, and some of the sauces overpowered the ingredients instead of enhancing them. Looking back, I can’t think of a single dish or dessert that made me want to come back just to have it again. Overall, the food felt quite average. Some of the presentations were also rather questionable. As an experience or simply a place to have lunch, it’s perfectly fine. But as a restaurant I’d want to revisit for the food, it didn’t leave me with that feeling.
Kazan Ginza is a fantastic place, the food was amazing, and I was happy to find good vegetarian options as well. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ambiance is elegant and relaxing, making it perfect for a special meal. The service was warm, attentive, and professional throughout. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that I’d gladly recommend.
