A great halal-friendly restaurant in Asakusa with a wide variety of Japanese dishes. They serve soba, grilled chicken, oysters, and many other delicious options, so there’s something for everyone. The food is tasty, the atmosphere is lively, and the service is excellent. Be sure to make a reservation in advance, as the restaurant is often fully booked, especially during peak hours. Also, note that the restaurant is cashless, so make sure to bring a credit card or another accepted cashless payment method.
Boss recommended this place, glad I tried it. My friend had the tempura udon set, while I went for the salmon rice. The tempura noodles were really good, but my salmon rice was just okay because the rice was a bit too soft (hope the kitchen can improve this). The restaurant has a nice riverside view, spacious seating, and an open kitchen concept that feels quite cool. Staff were very friendly, she could speak both English and Japanese, which made communication easy. Thank you!! Overall, a nice dining experience and worth a visit.
Had dinner with my family on June 1st and really enjoyed it! The prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was great with a nice river view from our table. Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the grilled fish—we loved it so much that we ordered it twice! Unfortunately, I can’t remember the exact name of the dish. A special thanks to Milhan for his excellent service. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I would happily come back again.
An Absolute Must-Visit in Japan! Our dinner here was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip! From start to finish, everything was absolutely flawless. The food was phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and packed with authentic, unforgettable flavors. You can really taste the quality and care put into the cuisine. The Service (Shoutout to Saugat!) What truly elevated our night from a great meal to an extraordinary experience was the hospitality. Our waiter, Saugat was amazing! He was attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His recommendations were spot-on, and his excellent service added such a wonderful, personal touch to our evening. If you are looking for incredible food paired with world-class service in Japan, do yourself a favor and eat here. We will definitely be back!
It’s hard to find a restaurant that offers halal yakitori, but this place truly stands out. The menu is quite varied and they also provide Muslim-friendly/halal options, which is a big plus. Not only is the food delicious, but the view overlooking the Sumida River is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable. They do provide high chairs for children (though limited), and while strollers can’t be taken up since the restaurant is on the second floor, they can be safely stored on the first floor. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. I’m really happy to have found this restaurant. I will definitely come back again (inshaAllah) 🫶🏻😋😆
