The first 4 mini petite food can be improved. The Rose Foie gras is splendid. The sauce of the main courses can be less salty. The 2 desserts are very very tasty indeed. And the Bread…. Like Narisawa. 3 stars Michelin grade. A restaurant u will be back for 👍
A Michelin star truly well-deserved. We visited for lunch and spent about 2.5 hours enjoying the full set menu, including their signature dishes like “The Rose” foie gras terrine (a beautifully sculpted rose-shaped chip atop foie gras) and Hokkaido deer venison (very tender and flavorful, fire-grilled for a delicately smoky taste, and thoughtfully paired with sweet, earthy, and peppery elements presented with a branch of an old rosemary tree). Every course was beautifully presented, making the experience as visually stunning as it was delicious. The staff were attentive to our dietary restrictions and sensitivities (like gluten) and provided excellent alternatives. The atmosphere is very cozy, classic, and stylish, with clean lines and uncluttered décor The entire experience was outstanding and offered great value for the price. We’ll definitely return on our next trip to Tokyo.
