It was great! I had the cheese hamburger on the hot plate and it was really good, the omurice alongside the steak sauce was delectable! The only problem I would have is the size of the place, there are not a lot of seats available, only 11, 6 of these being specifically for sharing a table with someone else. Even with that, I still think it was very worth it and would recommend this small “gem.”
Got their Cheeseburger Steak Omurice Plate 🥰 It was the perfect portion size and super satisfying! The wait was a little long since the restaurant is very small with limited seating, but it was absolutely worth it. The omurice was fluffy, flavorful, and the cheeseburger steak paired perfectly with it. If you’re in the area, I’d definitely recommend stopping by—just be prepared to wait a bit during busy times!
This restaurant is pretty unassuming from the outside, tucked away on a street corner, but as soon as you step inside you’re welcomed by smiling staff and cool hip-hop music. The food arrived hot and was absolutely delicious! Even though we visited in July and it felt like 40°C outside, it was exactly what we were craving. We stopped by for a late lunch around 3:00 PM and didn’t have to wait for a table. We ordered the Tartar Chicken & Omurice and the Cheese Mixed Meat Plate (Wagyu hamburger steak, sausage, and fried chicken). The chicken was incredibly crispy, the tartar sauce was amazing, and honestly, everything was just so good—true comfort food for the soul. We’d happily come back again!
American POV If you're reading this, make sure to eat here! One of us ordered the hot plate and the other ordered the regular dish. Both were phenomenal but keep in mind the hot plate will cook the eggs after serving so order the regular dish if you like the original egg consistency. Recommend adding karage to the dish or as its own appetizer! ~5 min wait on a Wednesday at 3:00pm. It's a tight space but efficient with space. Ordering and payment are both automated. No cash.
Really awesome hole in the wall speciality omurice! It seemed super touristy, but It turned out to just be a result of the quality of the food. We did have to wait 30 minutes or so, and while waiting in line, you have to stand in front of a warm exhaust vent. This is perhaps...a pro OR a minus depending on the weather? The exhaust also does smell quite nice...like omurice haha. I got the chicken tartar omurice with an extra sausage-it was an extremely filling and hearty meal. I LOVED the tartar sauce, it was perhaps the best tartar I've had. The chicken was nice and crispy, but perhaps just a tiny bit under seasoned. The sausage was great as well. The omelette and gravy were just okay to me-somewhat bland. The consume soup was very hearty/charming. It's was such a nice introduction to begin the meal-I especially appreciated the small bits of bacon in the soup. The coleslaw, which is unlimited at the table, was also really good-much better than default American coleslaw (think better than raising canes). I was undeniably very full and happy at the end of this meal. Could you really ask for much more?
