A solid option for lunch if you want sushi without dealing with a long wait. It may not be the most memorable meal, but it does the job well and feels fairly reasonable for the area. For TOKYO SUSHI ITAMAE SUSHI Ginza Corridor, I’d say it’s a practical choice when you want something quick, convenient, and decent.
Everything was perfect, the atmosphere was welcoming, the restaurant was very nice, and the staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I really enjoyed this experience. Special thanks to the chef for the delicious food and to Taji for singing "Bella Ciao" to us. He speaks Italian very well. I will definitely be back.😁😋
Reservation is recommended though at 4 PM it was not crowded and you could easily get the seat. We tried rolled sushi it was decent but not the best. Drinks will have additional cover charge of 450 Yen. Overall decent sushi as per me, since I ate even better ones earlier. It is still a good find but on the pricier side.
We had an incredible experience at Itamae Sushi. From the moment we sat down, Taji set the tone—warm, funny, attentive, and genuinely engaging. Honestly, I think he liked my girlfriend… and she definitely liked him right back. That energy carried through the entire meal. The food was outstanding. We enjoyed a full tray of uni, a beautifully prepared sushi deluxe plate, potatoes with aged squid, asparagus with squid, and a unique sushi roll topped with dried fish. Everything was fresh and executed perfectly. The miso soup with shrimp heads was rich and flavorful, and the salad balanced everything nicely. Drinks were just as memorable—plum wine with soda and a Yamazaki highball, generously poured with charm. The restaurant itself is spotless, the service is swift, and the atmosphere is full of genuine smiles and laughter. Taji truly elevated the entire experience with his personality and hospitality. Perfect 11/10. Highly recommend.
Returning a second time as we really liked the overall vibe of this place and food here. It’s a quaint restaurant conveniently located in ginza. The chef and service staff were attentive and had a good attitude. We loved the sushi here although it is slightly pricey.
