✔️💯accommodating. ✔️💯good view/Atmosphere ✔️💯pricing is good! ❤️ tip: if you would like to be seated with a nice view of rainbow bridge, book for a reservation. P.S: I love their Thai Style Pineapple Creme brulee!! And thank you Sasmita!
We had lunch here today, and it was a great experience. Miku took care of us and provided excellent service. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious, and everything was enjoyable. Highly recommended!
I enjoyed my dinner at Monsoon Cafe. The menu is not huge but just the right size so the restaurant puts focus on those items. I had the tom yum soup, chicken curry, and minced chicken. The flavors and service was spot on, the vibe is really nice looking over the rainbow bridge. A must visit for sure. Miku was my server and assisted me well in addressing customization to get the food on a bit spicier side (I tend to like hot to Thai hot) on my entrees. She was attentive and took great care.
We visited around noon to enjoy the view, and the atmosphere was truly pleasant and relaxing. The location itself is definitely a highlight. Regarding the food, it was average—neither particularly good nor disappointing. However, the service experience significantly affected our overall impression. We were dining with two young children and requested a baby chair. Although we understood that it was not possible to accommodate this request at a window table, which was completely acceptable, the situation that followed was disappointing. The male waiter (who we were informed may also be the manager) displayed an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude. He appeared dismissive, was not attentive to our needs, and seemed to intentionally avoid taking our order, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. On a positive note, the female waitress who assisted us during check-in and check-out was polite, attentive, and provided excellent service. She was the main reason we are giving two stars instead of a lower rating. Overall, while the venue has great potential due to its ambiance and view, the service—particularly from senior staff—requires serious improvement.
Located in Odaiba they offer clearly labelled vegan options, but you definitely have to be explicit about it and specifically mention, that you are vegan and want your food vegan. We tasted 3 things in total and everything of it was good imo, but only one thing will definitely not be very filling imo. Considering the location and the absolutely fantastic view you get to have the price actually felt relatively low, but when ordering more than one item it can quite stack up.
