Hosted a company event at RJ's and they delivered an outstanding service. They created a special menu for our budget and the food was delicious. The appetiser bites were one of the best I've ever had. Special thanks to Daniela who made the event planning so easy and took away a lot of my stress. I would highly recommend RJs for upscale corporate events.

Ruby Jack’s was one of the highlights of our time in Tokyo. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, with a genuine steakhouse feel. We started with the Cobb Salad, which was fresh, generous, and full of flavour. The star of the evening was the impressive 800g T-Bone steak, cooked exactly as requested and served with excellent fries. To accompany the meal, we enjoyed a bottle of Three Zinfandel, a smooth, full-bodied wine that paired beautifully with the steak. What made the evening particularly memorable was the service. A special thank you to our waitress, Anri (Ray), who was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely engaging throughout the evening. She struck the perfect balance between friendliness and efficiency and helped make the experience feel special. The entire team was outstanding. You can enjoy a good steak in many restaurants, but exceptional service is what truly elevates a dining experience. The staff worked seamlessly together, were attentive without being intrusive, and created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived until we left. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made the evening far more enjoyable and memorable. Great food, excellent wine, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Ruby Jack’s is a restaurant I would happily return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo. 🍷🥩
