Food and waiting was slightly slow but it is worth the wait… the Omakase Sushi is good and my favorite are the Tai(Sea Bream) and Maguro(Tuna). The plating was nice as it is served like in a flight style but a nice tip is for the sauce in the side to be presented in a different style. The gochujang and the mayo pairs well with the sushi, but if done a different stroke, for example in two corners and then a line pattern on the bottom/top, it can look more aesthetic in a presentation. There were some sushi, like the salmon where the rice and flavor under is overpowering the salmon, but yet it still tastes fresher than the sushi I eat back in America. The burger was really nicely done and the fried potato(French Fries) melts jn your mouth with a hint of crisp and it tastes amazing. The donburi as it self is good, with the ochazuke way of eating it, it heightened the food’s flavor and thank you to Junsei for showing me the way of ochazuke. Lastly was the matcha mochi and it tasted soft, chewy, and melty where you can taste the matcha along side it. Though the preparation and the seating was a little slow, both of the workers were really nice and accommodated to both me and my cousin really well. If you ever see Junsei or Sou, they did a great job with a 10/10 service and great food! ごちそうさまでした!

Omakase Sushi delivers a beautifully presented dining experience that immediately sets a refined and thoughtful tone. Each piece is carefully crafted and arranged with attention to detail, reflecting the chef’s precision and respect for the ingredients. The visual appeal enhances the anticipation of every bite, making the meal feel special from start to finish. The sushi rice leans slightly toward the sour side, which may stand out depending on personal preference, but it remains well-textured and balanced with the toppings. The seasoning is clearly intentional and consistent throughout the course. Beyond the food itself, the staff contribute greatly to the overall experience. They are warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere without being intrusive. Their friendly demeanor makes the meal feel relaxed and enjoyable, whether you are new to omakase or a regular guest. Overall, Omakase Sushi offers a polished presentation, distinctive rice seasoning, and gracious service.

This restaurant is excellent, and the owner/chef is extremely kind and welcoming. They serve high quality food and Wagyu of the best quality. The sushi is delicious as well. The place is nice and they have kimonos you can wear while you eat. Will definitely recommend to anyone who comes to Japan and will come back to eat here. The omakase experience is great. Mochi amazing too.

Excellent service from staff. Very friendly and excellent presentation of the restaurant’s history. We were able to try on traditional kimono while waiting for the food to be cooked and served. They include halal options to be inclusive of customers of all backgrounds. The omakase / sushi options were excellent and paired well with their miso soup. A yummy mochi + matcha ice cream followed for a yummy desert! If you are around Asakusa, I highly recommend to check it out!
