Opens at 11am however you can get the queue ticket earlier than that from the kiosk outside the shop then come back later. Went over at ~1030am on a Saturday morning expecting there to be a long queue but surprisingly there were only two other pairs in line hence we managed to get seats easily The signature carbonara udon is definitely packed full of flavours all thanks to the amount of butter and cheese that they add into the mix, but it can also get a bit surfeiting especially if you’re not a big eater. For me the tempura bacon stands out more than the carbonara itself as it’s crispy but not overly oily Definitely a place to try at least once when you’re in Tokyo. May be worth coming back more than once depending on the queue for that day and how much you like the food

Walked at 10:50am and saw a few people started queuing outside this udon shop, which was an indication of a restaurant with good reputation. They used an electronic queuing system, so don’t miss registering at the machine by the entrance. While queuing, the staff came to check my reservation number and took my orders. When the seat was available, the staff showed me in. Liked most noodle shop in Japan, the sitting space was tight. Within couple of minutes, my food orders came. They were so nicely presented. I had never been an udon person but their udon was at the right lived of chewiness. Their price seemed to be at the high side, but I think it’s worth it. I’ll definitely come back.

Small place, but definitely worth the wait. We queued for about 20 minutes, which wasn’t bad at all considering how popular it is. The Carbonara Udon was amazing—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. We ordered the version with the bacon tempura, and the bacon serving was surprisingly generous and crispy. We also tried the cheese tempura, which was a great side and complemented the udon really well. If you’re in Tokyo and craving a unique take on udon, this place is absolutely worth adding to your itinerary.

The way they set up the wait for the restaurant was a bit misleading. When you initially take a ticket number to wait, you are actually taking a ticket to wait to for your turn to wait in line. I believe lots of people were actually slightly confused about this part, as a lot of people just see the line and wait in line. Once we finally got into after a 90 min wait, we were seated. We ordered not long after, then soon after they asked us to move to accommodate another table of three. This was a bit annoying since we ordered our food already, settled in the have to get back up to move around a tightly seated area. The food was decent, but I would not wait again for it. The Udon which was supposed to be their main dish was only average. Their tempura stole the show, and was by far the best part of the meal. I would only recommend this place if you didn't have to wait for it. Anything longer than 30 mins of a wait is a waste of time in my opinion. P. S. - the ticket machine gives you an estimate for wait time, and it's completely off. Told us it was a 20 mins wait. It took 40 mins for us to get the notification to go line up then another 50 mins to get inside...
