The super-fresh flavors sang: buttery otoro dissolving on the tongue, sweet scrimps tasting of the sea itself. The ceremonial kaiseki order guided us from delicate white fish to rich wangyu. Yet what truly elevated the evening was the service—each course introduced with a quiet story about the tradition and flavour. It was not just a meal, but a perfect, mindful ceremony. An unforgettable night.
