French cuisine elevated by the use of locally sourced Japanese ingredients. Simple and cosy interior that's not over the top; but with some added flair through the chef-owner's purchase of little trinklets that are placed on each table as deco. Food was amazing through and through - but what honesty surprised me was their desserts as someone that prefers the savoury part of fine dining to the sweet; every single dessert served hit hard and complimented each of the flavours so perfectly that it found me wanting even more despite being filled to the brim. There were also some additional food items served that were not listed on the menu which were a bonus. Enjoyable meal!
Visited on 11/10/2025 lunch. The quality met the reputation. The best dining experience in Tokyo. Every single dish was amazing and something I haven't tasted anywhere else. Surprised on the food once, and surprised on the emptiness of the restaurant again. Probably because it was a weekday lunch time.
