Recenzje
I went to a specialty restaurant in Akihabara where you can enjoy plenty of blackthroat seaperch. I had a good experience at their sister restaurant before, so this time I tried the "Akamuchi Banquet Course" at the restaurant next door! The sashimi included tuna, sea bream cured in kelp, and blackthroat seaperch. The blackthroat seaperch was fatty and delicious with just salt. I was happy to be able to enjoy both grilled and simmered versions; the grilled version was plump, and the simmered version had a sweet and gentle flavor—both were delicious. The roast beef and mashed potatoes in the middle were a nice accent to the Japanese course. The bamboo shoot fish cake was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. To finish, there were three pieces of sushi: sea bream cured in kelp, scallop, and seared blackthroat seaperch, along with blackthroat seaperch soup, making for a satisfying meal to the very end. Being able to watch the chef's knife skills at the counter and enjoying authentic Japanese cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere was a great plus.
