⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Masterpiece of a Dinner! Visiting Japan for the first time, and our dinner at Teppanyaki Sumiyaki was an unforgettable highlight of the trip! The entire experience was nothing short of magnificent. Our servers, Manisha and Hirou, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The highlight of the evening was watching Chef Saitou work his magic. He is a true artist—the way he delicately cut and prepared the meats and fish was absolutely amazing to watch. Both the steaks and the fish were incredibly delicious and cooked to absolute perfection. A special shoutout to Matuora and Oosaki as well, who did a fantastic job supporting the team and ensuring everything ran flawlessly. The teamwork here is unmatched, the food is spectacular, and the hospitality is world-class. We would definitely come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommended!!

Teppanyaki Sumiyaki Saito is an extraordinary dining experience and represents teppanyaki cuisine at its absolute highest level. Following the classic compact Japanese fine-dining concept of serving only a small number of select guests, the restaurant delivers an intimate, refined, and deeply memorable culinary experience centered around precision, craftsmanship, and exceptional ingredients. We chose the tasting menu, which featured a beautifully paced sequence of freshly prepared teppanyaki specialties cooked by remarkably skilled chefs using some of the finest and freshest ingredients available. Every course showcased technical mastery, balance, and attention to detail, elevating teppanyaki from simple live cooking into a genuine culinary art form. This venue and its exceptionally talented chefs truly stand at the summit of teppanyaki cuisine. Service throughout the evening was impeccable—elegant, attentive, and perfectly synchronized with the flow of the meal. We personally sat at a table overlooking the open kitchen, which offered a wonderful balance between comfort and the ability to observe the chefs’ craftsmanship throughout the evening. Guests seeking the most immersive and authentic experience, however, should absolutely opt for counter seating to fully appreciate the chefs’ artistry and interaction. The chef also kindly celebrated our 25th anniversary with a beautifully prepared dessert plate, a thoughtful gesture for which we are genuinely grateful and which made the evening even more memorable. To top it all off, he personally escorted us to the door at the end of the evening and was kind enough to take a photo with us—an elegant and heartfelt touch of hospitality that perfectly reflected the restaurant’s exceptional level of service. After dining here, teppanyaki simply does not feel quite the same anywhere else. Tip: Reservations should be made well in advance due to the restaurant’s very limited seating and high demand. Arrive on time, as the tasting experience follows a carefully orchestrated pace. Counter seating offers the fullest appreciation of the chefs’ precision and performance, while tables overlooking the kitchen provide a slightly more relaxed yet still highly engaging experience.
Great food and excellent service. The server was very sincere and good in English, making the entire dining experience so accommodating. The ingredients were fresh and the food was great. The portion was also generous. A great meal in a nice place. Value for money!
Convenient location, good portion, perfect service and most importantly amazing food with reasonable price. Both seafood and A5 beef are sooooo fresh! Salad is also surprisingly and very impressive. Everything is just perfect and look like an art piece❤️
