Just came here with my family on our last dinner for our vacation in Japan. We had the set course with premium and sirloin steak. Our server, Sandeepa was fantastic. She was super friendly and allowed us to take pictures and even explained the process. The beef itself was perfect. It was super soft to the point where it felt like it was melting in my mouth. The vegetables were also cooked to perfection. I especially loved the eggplant and mushroom. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys or wants to try Kobe beef and this was a fantastic way to end our trip.
An absolutely stellar experience! The steak was cooked to perfection—great quality of Kobe beef meat, incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, clearly showcasing top-tier meat. Huge compliments to the chef, who not only prepared a flawless meal but clearly puts a lot of passion into their craft. The staff and wait team were also incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout the evening. Five stars, highly recommend!
Dining at Kobe Beef Daia was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Japan. The quality of the Kobe beef was absolutely exceptional—perfectly marbled, incredibly tender, and rich with flavor. Every bite literally melted in my mouth. What made the experience even more special was Chef Kitajima. Not only is he an incredible chef, but he is also a wonderful host. He took the time to patiently explain everything—from the different cuts of Kobe beef to the proper way to enjoy it. He showed us how to savor the beef step by step so we could truly appreciate its flavor and texture. Chef Kitajima’s passion for his craft and his warm hospitality elevated the entire experience. You can tell he takes great pride in sharing authentic Kobe beef with his guests. It felt less like a meal and more like a culinary education. If you want a genuine Kobe beef experience in Japan, Kobe Beef Daia is absolutely worth visiting. Thank you, Chef Kitajima, for an unforgettable meal and for making us feel so welcome. We had the sirloin, with lots if marbling, with a set menu of salad, soup and rice. The beef and vegetables were very respectfully cooked in front of us. Runaway was an excellent chef. The beef is so soft and tender it melts in your mouth. I have never tasted beef that was quite so delicious. If you get the chance come to this intimate, typical Japanese restaurant. You won't be disappointed.
