A bit of self service like a fast food restaurant, needing to claim your food downstairs if you’re dining on the second floor. The second floor dining is a bit echoey, and strict with seating arrangements even if it was half empty (staff will tell you which table to dine at). Overall a good meal but the patty itself could use a pinch of salt. Fries were nice and crunchy. Friendly and helpful staff. Small menu, which is good in a specialty restaurant.

The smashburger was excellent - honestly a textbook example of what one should be. If I'm being nitpicky, the patties could’ve been a little thinner, but they nailed getting those crispy, craggly edges. The cheese was melty, the bun was soft, and it had a good amount of house sauce. No real flaws to point out on the burger itself. The fries were just okay, though, and I would probably skip them next time. My only real complaint is the price. The combo ran about ¥2,600 after tax, which feels pretty steep for the portion sizes.

My best burger in Japan by far! Tastes exactly like what a wagyu burger should: meat is grilled but juicy, bun is soft and the sauce is great. Fries are good. There is a line but it’s worth the wait and goes relatively quickly. Thumbs up!

I hadn’t had a burger for almost a week during my Japan trip, so I was seriously craving one. The restaurant’s name sounded a bit sus, but I decided to give it a try. Since their specialty is Wagyu burgers, that’s what I ordered. Less than 10 mins, my meal is ready. Fires are nice. Fluffy and soft in the middle, and crispy on the outside. The Wagyu burger is amazing. Two juicy and flavorful patties with melted cheese and soft buns. Every single bite is a treat. I literally finish my burger within 5 mins. If you love burger and you are around Harajuku, do not miss this spot.

The harami burger, which must be reserved in advance online and is sold in limited quantities, is one of the best burgers with its combination of ground beef and skirt steak. I found myself missing the crispy top bun that the burgers at Aldabaran had, though. Service is okay. You can share burgers but need to pay 1,000 JPY when reserving if you have guests joining who aren’t ordering their own burger. I dislike this policy because there are times (e.g., around opening) where there is plenty of seating. Furthermore, the interior is very simple — which isn’t bad, but it leaves a sour taste in my mouth when the restaurant is charging for that space. Sides are pretty good. Fries were under-salted but nicely crispy. Onion rings were excellent - worth ordering for sure. Sauces left something to be desired — some sort of mayonnaise-based sauce would have been nice. Overall, a good experience and I’d recommend it if you’re staying nearby — just make sure you order the harami burger in advance. I don’t think it’s worth going across town for it though, and although I’m glad I tried it once, I’m not sure I’ll be returning.
