Momo Paradise in Tokyo was significantly better than the locations we've visited in California. The service was exceptional from start to finish. One detail that really stood out was that the staff regularly cleaned and refreshed the shabu-shabu broth, which made the dining experience much more enjoyable. The variety of ingredients was larger, and the quality of the meats, vegetables, and other items seemed noticeably higher. The self-serve ice cream station was also better, with more interesting and delicious flavor options than what we've experienced back home. A special thank you to Rio, our server, who did an outstanding job throughout our meal. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her excellent service made a great experience even better. Thank you, Rio! We look forward to visiting again the next time we're in Tokyo. =)
I booked a lunch table here through Google Maps to try this branch for the first time, and I was incredibly impressed! The restaurant is very spacious, and the restrooms are spotlessly clean. The hospitality was outstanding. A huge shoutout and thank you to Kuma-san, who took excellent care of our table! Kuma-san speaks English very well, making our dining experience even smoother. As for the food, every cut of meat was superb, there was a great variety of dipping sauces, and the ice cream was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this branch and will definitely be back!
We had a beautiful birthday lunch there! The place has an intimate and classy atmosphere with jazz music playing. The food is amazing and they have a fully vegetarian/vegan all-you-can-eat set for the buffet! The staff was incredibly kind and prepared a birthday dessert for my partner. San was a super attentive server and his colleagues Tan and Haruka were extremely kind as well. They made our day and even sang happy birthday with us! We loved it and would come back in a heartbeat!
Don't miss this place, it's worth every penny. This place was really busy, so make sure to get a reservation on Tabelog or similar service. Our first time ever trying Shabu Shabu, with one of us following a vegan diet. From start to finish the service was impeccable (particularly from our waitress Hana who went above and beyond our expectations) and it made our dinner really special. The vegetables bar has allergens clearly listed, with many types of mushrooms, tofu and vegetables to choose from, as well as the "vegetarian set" having vegetable gyoza, meatballs and a clear broth. There is a fantastic drinks menu and for approx ¥2200 you can have all you can drink both soft and alcoholic drinks. The Umeshu was incredibly sweet but with some ice and soda was a delight. As it was my Fiancée's birthday as a special treat Hana piped Happy Birthday beautifully on the plate with a matcha and chocolate cake as a surprise, and even took our picture and printed it that same evening. Honestly one of the best pieces of service we've ever received and when we come back to Japan, we won't miss this spot. For 2 meal sets (MOMO course and Vegetarian course), a soft drink, and 1 drink set it came to ¥11,220
I have tried many Mo-mo-paradise in both Japan and Thailand. I thought this branch has the best service and atmosphere that I ever experienced in this chain restaurant 🥰✨❤️ Ps. Normally, I don’t post reviews for chain restaurants because everyone already know the quality but this branch is different from other🏆 きらさん took care all of us very well with service mind and great hospitality. I have all you can drink course and my cup never emptied even I drank quite a lot 🙂↕️🍶but all servers are super fast and never let us wait for food and drink. Actually not only きらさん, but every staffs in this branch is incredibly good. Very very good 💕 I saw one male staff play and take care of a kid while the parent enjoyed their meal.🤣 The sauce station also has very nice staff to recommend the sauce combination that go well with your broth.😳 I always eat the same sauce but now I got my new favorite way to eat hotpot because of that staff🫶 I cannot remember her name but Thank you for your recommendation. For the food, it’s Mo-mo paradise level so you got great quality of meat both pork and beef. 🥩 Nice and fresh vegetables. 🥗 Good beverage.🍻I didn’t try dessert this time but my friend said it’s good too. Therefore, travel in akihabara, want some hotpot and don’t want to worry about quality. This is one of the best choices 👍
