As an English speaking traveller, I really rated this place. Everything was reasonably priced and good quality. I couldn’t even finish my meal. It’s east meets west! Food from around the world and a delicious beer (1 of 60 varieties) to wash it down. Would come again..
Our stay at Sakura Hotel & Restaurant Ikebukuro was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the incredibly kind and warm staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful that it almost felt like being part of a little family. The atmosphere in the hotel and restaurant is lovely and cozy, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location is also fantastic – the nearest station is just a short walk away, which makes it super easy to get around Tokyo. We also really enjoyed the food and drinks. Everything was delicious and added even more to the overall experience. Thank you for creating such a warm and welcoming place. We would absolutely love to come back again someday!
The atmosphere in the restaurant is so lovely, especially the song choice! The menu was what attracted me to come here because they have a mix of food from different countries. I opted for fish and chips and the portion was a lot and I'm satisfied with it! The Sakura latte tasted a bit off, it has a bitter sugar aftertaste which I don't fancy much. Overall, I'm glad I chose this spot to hang out with my friends 💗
🍞Breakfast review☕️ I was staying at Sakura Hotel, so I decided to have a breakfast here. Went at Sunday morning and about 30+people were here. The atmosphere was lively but not too loud, and it’s winter but not so cold so a lot of people sit outside. It did said “all you can eat/buffet”, but it’s only all you can eat for toast, soup, and hot drinks, which really makes sense for the price! 500yen for breakfast is DIRT CHEAP, so don’t expect anything more than that. Also, I realized that a female employee was doing everything by herself from cashier, washing plates, and even refilling food (2 other employees came about an hour later), yet she’s still friendly and has a good attitude so I’d like to applaud her for that 👏🏻 If you’re eating here, please pay at the cashier first before you eat and return your dish to the cash register. Don’t ask for things that aren’t available too (I saw someone asked for a big bowl persistently even when the employee told him to use what’s available 😅)
