Fabulous service, exceptional food!! Super lovely staff! The 8 course set menu was fantastic and the attention to detail was phenomenal. Would highly recommend to all, especially those who are looking to explore a range of different aged meats. A must try spot in tokyo!!
We were very lucky to discover this cute neighborhood restaurant on our first day of visiting Tokyo and after visiting many high-end restaurants in the city we made a visit to eat here again because it was the best authentic dining experience we had. Everything from the stunningly fresh and vibrant vegetables in the salad to the array of delicious tender a la carte meats was an experience that rivaled many of the Michelin starred restaurants we've visited around the world (but with the simple authenticity of Japan). Don't miss the cheesecake for dessert - it's out of this world rich and creamy without being too sweet. It will make you close your eyes and give you goosebumps. Overall this is a hidden gem not to miss if you want to see and feel how local residents eat in a high-end neighborhood in Tokyo.
Food was decent, but not great. Service leaves a bit to be desired given the price - staff seemed inexperienced and unfamiliar with their own menu. Would come back only if the price was more reflective of the (average) quality.
A quietly elegant spot for aged meat in Azabu-Juban. Tucked away on a small street, the restaurant has a warm, refined atmosphere with a wooden counter, brick walls, and soft chandelier lighting. You can watch the carefully prepared aged meat right in front of you. The 30-day dry-aged domestic pork loin was beautifully done — crisp on the outside, tender and juicy inside, with deep flavor that wasn’t too heavy. The aged beef tendon Bolognese was also excellent, rich and comforting with perfectly chewy fresh pasta. A wonderful place to slow down and enjoy a relaxed, grown-up evening.
