An exceptional Tokyo omakase experience. Every single dish was crafted with care and expertise. The fish was fresh, high quality and some rare and expensive varieties were served. Every single bite was delicious! I want to thank the chef from the bottom of my heart for making my last meal in Tokyo such an amazing experience. He was highly skilled, personable and created a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience for me and my friend. The price was also quite reasonable for a omakase experience, especially because it is all you can drink as well. Would highly recommend going here!
Quite a fantastic sushi restaurant near Shibuya station. The chef can communicate well in English which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. I ordered the extra course meal and it was very satisfying!
Wonderful omakase experience. Each bite was delicious and unique. The chef Lee explains beautifully in English so you can appreciate each course. I would eagerly visit this place again and would recommend to anyone who loves sushi.

From start to finish, every detail was thought through, every dish was served with so much care. I can say that we’ve never had such fresh & wonderful sushi before! 🍣 Most importantly, our chef Lee is a warm, talented human, and it was so great to speak with him (he also speaks amazing English!)! He is so polite, and made us feel so welcome. He explained every little bit of the creation process to us, and we left feeling full & amazed! If you’re wondering where to go for omakase at the counter while you’re in Tokyo, trust me, this is truly the place. Arigatō to Lee & all the staff ! 🥂🥳
Sushi Inase is a beautifully designed seemingly new restaurant located on the first basement level — elegant, minimalistic, and pleasantly quiet. I enjoyed an Omakase experience with freshly prepared sushi that was exceptionally delicate and flavorful — truly a pure taste experience. The quality of the fish and the overall presentation reflected great attention to detail. Only the explanations for each course felt a bit brief and sometimes unclear; a bit more engagement from the chef would have elevated the experience further. Overall, highly recommended — a refined and memorable dining experience worth repeating.
