This was such a special experience. Watching the chef cook in front of you and seeing the precision and care that went into every dish was incredible. Every bite was delicious, and the level of detail, even with something as simple as salt, really stood out. Definitely a once in a lifetime kind of meal.
During our visit in February 2019, we were fortunate to secure a table at this teppanyaki restaurant without a reservation. The chef expertly prepared a delicious Wagyu steak and other fantastic dishes. It was such a wonderful experience that we've already decided to return this December to celebrate my wife's birthday! We revisited this Keio Plaza Hotel teppanyaki restaurant after five years to celebrate my wife's birthday.It was the perfect choice—the quality and experience have stood the test of time. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great meal in Shinjuku.
This was a sublime experience. Impeccable service, quiet and calming ambience and the food was divine. The most delicious meat, and so well cooked (and mine was blue so I mean skill and style not well done). I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Enjoy.
