The Kitchen Salvatore Cuomo GINZA

My family and I were looking for dinner options near our hotel in Ginza early June this year. Many restaurants in the area are a little too cramped for us ( 2 adults 1 kid). So I asked Chat GPT to recommend me a suitable restaurant for young kids in the area that takes reservations. This restaurant was perfect. My son loved the starter and the pizza, and I thought the dessert was exceptional. Please give it a try if you’re in the area.
Another great find from Google maps. An Italian that's part of a hotel but shall we say a separate institution. We just walked in at 18.30nand there was a table available. Good ambience in the restaurant with a simple yet enticing menu. We had a Caesar salad to go with a pizza and both were very good. Good value.
The restaurant met all the expectations of dining in Ginza. The staff was attentive and professional. The atmosphere was like good wine; fun, easily palatable with a hint of luxury and romance. The food was flavorful, made with high quality ingredients and care. The pricing reflected the quality. The only drawback was that there was a requirement to order a full entree. People go to such a nice restaurant to eat and drink, to be required to do so is redundant. Overall, I would gladly dine there again.
Started with the Fritto, the Ceasar Salad was amazing and great taste. My daughter ordered the sirloin, I tried it and it was great. My son had the margheritta pizza and truffle carbonara, and hubby had the meat platter. Everything was great, although only thing that wasn't up to par for me was the Vongole that I ordered, it wasn't too tasty, kind of bland. Wish they had balsamic and oil though for dipping bread. Their service was great.
