Great Tsukemen and Ramen, very tasty broth! The service is great too, very friendly the waitress helped us make our order through the outside machine. And the chefs put up a good show making the bowls in front of you!
Tsujita Akihabara was a great stop for tsukemen. I liked the simple ordering setup with the ticket machine, and everything moved quickly once I was in line. The whole visit felt efficient without being rushed, which made it easy to enjoy the meal. I’d definitely come back the next time I’m in the area.
*walk-in on week day during lunch. Had to wait for around 10-15mins. Very popular 沾麵 place in Akihabara. You have to order outside w an old classy machine (i paid cash), which was kinda confusing at first (for me lol), but the waitress helped me figure it out (so thanks to her🩷 arigato). I ordered #2 (w extra citrus +200yen), very delicious just like the NJ and LA store I had back in the States. Staff members were passionate abt their noodles’ technique :) I enjoyed the food very much. The broth was very thic (also added a bit of white vinegar too).
Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Great food as well. Though i have to say to order is a little confusing as a foreigner. You have to order from the vending machine just right outside of the restaurant. I will still come back here next time if I am at Akihabara
Thoroughly satisfied my tsukemen cravings! The broth was rich and thick, and the egg was perfectly runny inside 🤤 I don’t think I’ve eaten a better tsukemen in Tokyo! The instructions for how to best eat tsukemen is very clear. The menu is provided in English as well, though when ordering you do have to remember which number it is. The staff were all friendly and energetic, topped with the bar table vibes, the atmosphere was very true to my preferred way of having Japanese noodles 🤩 Be sure to ask for Soup-wari at the end of your tsukemen experience to have a deliciously waem soup to end your meal!
