oh i rarely give a full 5 stars and this place definitely worths it! it's up on tokyo station hotel with view of the railway outside. it's very spacious inside too, with round chamber and sunlights from the windows outside. i was here to have lunch alone but looking at the trains come and go, i never felt lonely. the service here was excellent too! very polite and sincere staff, doing everything smoothly and lightly. they did pay attention to my booking notes too. food, lovely small portion good for bite size that don't smudge my lips. the menu is following the french order and arrangement. fresh ingredients, detailed and complex sauces & mixing. it's really a place with very high standard. i'm satisfied to have my meal here and will be very happy to come back again soon.
