Tokyo

An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The counter service was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, creating a comfortable and engaging atmosphere throughout the meal. Every dish was beautifully executed, with refined flavors and remarkable attention to detail. The sake and wine selection was also extensive and thoughtfully curated, offering excellent pairings for the cuisine. One of the most memorable meals I’ve had in Tokyo, and a restaurant I would gladly return to on my next visit. Highly recommended.
It’s my first time to visit Ginza Ibuki restaurant. We ordered Omakasai dinner and the food was very yummy. We had pleasant experience and their staffs are friendly. We wish to visit this restaurant again in future.
Had a phenomenal Kaiseki feast here to celebrate the Chinese New Year! From the beautiful tableware to the gorgeous plating, everything was a masterclass in color, aroma, and taste. The chef's selection of fresh ingredients is top-notch. I highly recommend the crab meatball soup and the unforgettable mackerel kamameshi—both were out of this world! The staff were also incredibly kind and provided superb, attentive service, effortlessly bridging any language barrier we had. This place is a total hidden gem in Japan. I will definitely be returning!
I had lunch on a weekday. I made the reservation an hour before showing up. I chose the Ume course for ~¥9,000. Everything was delicious and the service was great. The staff are very friendly and they try to socialize with the guests. I asked them how the higher courses and they said the next level course would include an extra dish and the rice dish would have more ingredients. Overall, great value and great food for lunch kaiseki. While this isn’t the best kaiseki I’ve had, I would recommend this to a friend.
Had a really nice Kaiseki lunch experience. The staff here were all very nice although with language barrier, they did not stop to surprise me with superb service. Food was amazing, I think I had the best crab meat ball soup in Japan so far. You can tell the ingredients were fresh and cooked to perfect when served. Totally a hidden gem and worth coming back for!
