Our party of six had an amazing dinner. The restaurant itself is stunning, with an elegant and refined atmosphere that made the entire experience feel truly special. Watching Chef Masato prepare each course right in front of us was such a fun experience, and every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The combination of incredible food, talented chef, and a beautiful private room made this one of the most memorable meals of our trip to Japan.
My birthday dinner at Ginza Ukai-Tei was truly beyond words and one of the most memorable dining experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with a level of hospitality and attention to detail that left me completely speechless. Celebrating my birthday in Tokyo was already a dream come true, but the team at Ginza Ukai-Tei elevated the evening into something extraordinary. A special thank you to Chef Asami Nishiguchi, whose teppanyaki performance was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish was beautifully presented, expertly prepared, and absolutely delicious. Watching the artistry and precision that went into each course was an experience in itself. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Ashok Kunwa and Dai Tom for their impeccable service throughout the evening. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel incredibly welcomed and celebrated. They anticipated every detail and ensured that my birthday dinner was seamless from beginning to end. What impressed me most was not only the exceptional cuisine, but the way the entire team made me feel valued as a guest. The service was elegant, personalized, and truly world-class. We heard they served Kobe Beef and figured this would be a nice first spot to try out one of the "must try" foods in Japan. We grabbed I believe their most expensive course dinner and everything was fantastic. While some of the food items are a little tough for foreigners like us that aren't used to it (abalone), overall our dinner was great and it was a fantastic way of introducing us to luxury Japanese cuisine. A huge thanks to the staff as well that made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish.
It is very nice and moody inside with cool decorations. All of the employees are very kind. The food was beyond expectations. They explain to you every dish they will feed you and you have your own chef cook for you. After tou are finished with your meal they sit you down in a different part of the resteraunt for desert. Amazing experiance and very good food.
Absolutely a place to enjoy Japanese teppanyaki. The atmosphere is full of artistic declarations especially if you’re a crystal lover. Old Lalique & magnificent cutleries! The chief serving us was so skillful & explaining so well about the ingredients in details. Superb & attentive service! Overall the food was delicious & tasty from the appetizers to the desert. This was my third time to have dinning here when visiting Tokyo! Highly recommend!
