Yummy udon place in the heart of roppongi. It has lovely udons, tofu pizzas and matcha desserts. Very popular with japanese and international customers and we met with korean star Sunwoo from Reply 1988. It was amazing.
Really enjoyed lunch at TsuruTonTan. The portions wete much bigger than I expected. I think next time I would go for half order of noodles. Everything was well flavoured and they have a very big variety of udon dishes. Restaurant gets very busy.
Honestly one of the best bowls of udon I have ever had. We waited about 30-40 mins at 7pm on a Saturday night, not bad. Order off iPad, relatively quick to come. Thick, juicy soup and delicious fat noodles. Generous meat portion. Bowl the size of your head. Sat outside and ambiance was 10/10.
Great udon and excellent value. We came here on our first night in Tokyo after our hotel recommended it. The restaurant is on the 7th floor of a building along a busy street. Ordering is done through a tablet at the table, which is quick and convenient. We both had the beef udon soup — very flavorful with fresh noodles. What really stood out is that you can choose different bowl sizes for the same price, which makes the portions very generous. A great spot for a satisfying meal.
Absolutely delicious late-night udon noodles 🍜 The brasserie has gorgeous mood lighting, and the staff are very kind - it was the perfect end to our stay in Tokyo! My friend and I both ordered the duck udon, and I would highly recommend adding the tofu on top - it was packed with an incredible amount of flavour. The cocktails are also delicious. Just a heads-up when choosing your portion size - the bowl and spoon were both larger than our heads! Incredible value for the quality and generous portions. I’ll definitely be back to try more from their expansive menu!
