Found this gem of a place by chance when looking for halal food options, not many places were open due to it being past 9pm but this restaurant was! Shun took such good care of us, his English is impeccable and he’s so well-mannered and bubbly! My husband ordered the Double Truffle Cheese Burger and I had the Salted Fries combo - both incredibly delicious! Shun presented the burger to us with a little fire performance that was fun to watch! We ended the night with mochi ice cream on the house - my husband who is quite open about not really enjoying mochi absolutely loved it! The place may be small but it has everything you need, from a fully halal menu to a convenient prayer room to unbelievably friendly staff. Would highly recommend not just to Muslims seeking halal options but to anyone looking for great food, great service, and an all-around great dining experience in central Tokyo. Thanks again Shun!
My first time at this location in Akihabara, the wagyu hamburger is always so good. The chef made it so fresh and juicy, it was cooked to perfection. Not overcooked or undercooked but just right. Thank you Mao for being such a welcoming and professional waitress, she’s able to speak English for my non Japanese speakers, such as myself. Also there’s limited space here but I went around dinner time where I had multiple options in where to sit and no wait. At the end of your meal they give you a yummy treat- mochi ice cream dusted with matcha powder. Thank you for the excellent food and service!
. Honest Tourist Review, CHEF MUST READ. I ordered Special Combo 2 — the 100% Japanese Wagyu Truffle Cheese Burger and the Gold Steak Combo, which comes with rice, miso soup, and a soft drink. Here’s my honest breakdown: Japanese Wagyu Truffle Cheese Burger: The burger was juicy, tender, and nicely presented. Flavor-wise it was good, but as someone trying a wagyu burger for the first time, it didn’t feel very special and tasted similar to a typical gourmet burger. The fries were also a bit disappointing since they weren’t crispy enough, and the plate was not warm. Rating: 6.5/10 Gold Steak: This dish is definitely NOT worth trying, there were a issues. The asparagus was overcooked and soggy. The steak itself was initially cooked perfectly medium rare, but after the chef blowtorched it, the doneness moved closer to medium well, which was a a bit disappointing. In my opinion, it would be better to torch the steak before slicing so the inside can stay beautifully red and tender. The plate was also not warm to keep the steak temperature for longer. Server is very pushy. Pressuring me to give 5 stars review just what he did everyone else Rating: 8/10 I wouldnt comeback and i felt being ripped-off. Save your yens. Thank you chef, for my dining experience.
We stopped by for lunch. The place is small with very limited tables but the service and food is amazing. We had steak rice bowl and hamburger set. The meat is juicy and melts in your mouth with a nice crisp on the outside. Shogo took great care of us. He does everything such as greeting, explaining the menu, cook and serve! Its basically a one man show but we very much enjoy our time here. Highly recommend!
The server was amazing. His primary language is Japanese but did an amazing job navigating through English. He shared his menu recommendations and provided a quick read while I waited, that highlighted the restaurant’s origin story. The owner is very intentional about bringing back true Wagyu beef to the world. They done an amazing job to cultivate an environment that is inclusive for all people. This hidden gem is located on the second floor, easy to miss, not so easy to forget. I had the Wagyu double cheese burger and was served a dessert I never had before. Both were delightful!
