Description

This isn't a Cooking Class, it's a Ramen Work Experience! Experience being a Ramen Chef alongside fellow Travellers and Foodies! Breaking Bones, making Noodles and Gyoza from scratch and assembling your own restaurant quality ramen. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are hosted in an Traditional, Japanese Wooden Home converted into a kitchen space. Located in Shimokitazawa, a hip cultural quarter with a lingering old-Tokyo vibe. While the other days will take place in an upscale contemporary restaurant in Meguro, stone throw away from the scenic Meguro River. We have 2 broths every day, Shio Ramen and Miso Tonkotsu. We can cater to Vegetarians, Gluten Free, Pork Free and other dietary requirements as long as you let us know in advance! After our class, you'll have a completely different appreciation for Ramen!

  • The class is intensive and requires teamwork to complete the ramen within 4 hours. The class is conducted in English but the staffs can speak Japanese. Please note that Tuesday and Wednesday classes are in Shimokitazawa 1 Chome-33-15 Daita, Setagaya City, Tokyo 155-0033 While other days will be in Meguro 101 3 Chome-7-32 Shimomeguro, Meguro City, Tokyo 153-0064
